Welcome to ChromaticFX Media. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or engaging with our services.

1. Services

ChromaticFX Media provides photography, videography, aerial media, branding, social media content, and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements, invoices, or proposals.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. Full payment must be made according to the invoice terms.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Add-on services or extended usage rights may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a $75 fee, except in cases of severe weather.

  • If the property or project location is inaccessible, unsafe, or unprepared, the photographer/videographer may decline the shoot. The client may be billed for lost time.

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

  • All photos, videos, and media created by ChromaticFX Media remain our intellectual property.

  • Clients receive a single-use license for the duration of their listing or project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Redistribution, resale, or use beyond the agreed purpose (e.g., print, online, third-party use) is strictly prohibited without written consent and may require additional licensing fees.

5. Turnaround Time & Revisions

  • Standard delivery timelines are communicated at the time of booking (e.g., one business day for most services).

  • Minor revisions are included, but significant changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the property/project is ready, clean, and accessible at the scheduled time.

  • Providing accurate details and clear instructions before the shoot.

  • Obtaining permissions (e.g., property access, drone flight clearance, or third-party approvals) if required.

7. Liability

  • ChromaticFX Media is not liable for delays caused by weather, unsafe conditions, technical issues outside our control, or client unpreparedness.

  • We are not responsible for indirect damages, such as lost sales or missed opportunities, resulting from media delays.

8. Use of Website

  • Content on chromaticfxmedia.com (text, photos, videos, designs) is owned by ChromaticFX Media and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without written permission.

  • Misuse of our site or services may result in denial of access and potential legal action.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:

  • The client breaches these Terms & Conditions.

  • The working environment is unsafe or inappropriate.

  • The project involves illegal or unethical activity.

10. Governing Law
